Equipment Structure:
The machine base is constructed from cast material and primarily comprises the worktable, movable gantry, sliding saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication system, protective enclosure, circulating cooling system, digital control unit, electrical system, and other integral components. It is fitted with rolling hard rail pairs for support and guidance, along with precision lead screw pairs for drive motion. The machine tool is distinguished by its high positioning accuracy and exceptional repeatability in positioning.

1. Machine Bed and Workbench:
The machine bed is constructed from cast material and is comprised of two sections. It undergoes a high-temperature annealing process before machining, followed by a secondary stress-relief annealing treatment after semi-finishing, and concludes with final machining. This multi-stage process ensures the long-term stability of the machine’s precision. The workbench is a single-piece casting made from gray iron (HT250), which is subjected to secondary annealing and aging treatments. These processes enhance both dynamic and static rigidity, effectively preventing deformation. The work surface is equipped with a series of T-slots, arranged in a carefully designed layout to ensure secure workpiece clamping.
Two high-precision linear guides are installed on both sides of the bed base, ensuring an even distribution of load across the guide rails. This configuration significantly boosts the machine's rigidity, tensile strength, and compressive strength. The drive system is powered by an AC servo motor, coupled with a precision ball screw pair, which drives the movement of the gantry along the Y-axis. Adjustable bolts are strategically positioned on the underside of the bed, allowing for precise leveling adjustments of the workbench.

2. Movable Gantry:
The movable gantry is constructed from gray iron (HT250) and is equipped with two high-capacity linear guide rails on its front side. A precision ball screw pair, powered by a servo motor, enables the movement of the power head slide plate along the X-axis. The drilling power heads are mounted on this slide plate. The gantry's motion is facilitated by the rotation of the ball nut on the ball screw, which is driven by the servo motor through a precision coupling.

3. Moving Saddle:
The movable sliding saddle is a precision cast iron component, equipped with two high-capacity CNC linear slide tables, a precision ball screw pair, and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to the servo motor. Additionally, the saddle features a nitrogen gas balance cylinder, which counterbalances the weight of the power head, thereby reducing the load on the screw and extending its service life. This system drives the movement of the drilling power head along the Z-axis, enabling functions such as fast approach, work feed, rapid retraction, and stop. It also includes automatic chip removal, chip ejection, and pause functions to enhance operational efficiency.
