Product feature:
The machine frame is constructed using C-type plate welding, ensuring excellent rigidity and providing a large operational workspace. The machine is equipped with three die stations, one of which is dedicated to marking, and features automatic die station switching. The clamping system is adaptable to various workpieces, utilizing a zero baffle as the reference mark, with the workpiece supported by a rolling-ball worktable. The X and Y axes are driven by servo motors and ball screws, while the dual-axis CNC system controls the punching position, facilitating fully automated machining. Operators can input workpiece dimensions into the computer, enabling the system to recall programs for future use.

9. The system is equipped with a self-diagnosis function to identify and report faults.
