U-Shaped Through Shaft Automatic Adjustable Forming Machine can achieve the original single sheet of multi-process, uninterrupted production, set uncoiling, levelling, punching, forming, shearing in one continuous production, so that the product appearance standard, punching consistent installation is easy. The production line has high production speed, on-line punching and continuous moulding production, easy to operate and use less labour.

Equipment composition and detailed description

Hydraulic fully automatic unwinding machine - 1 set

Uncoiling: The machine is single-head mode (single support, four-link hydraulic tensioning structure, fast and reliable adjustment. The uncoiling machine is equipped with a pneumatic pressing device. To ensure the actual operation safety of the uncoiling machine, the uncoiling machine is equipped with a pneumatic brake device. The uncoiling machine also contains 4 baffles to prevent the coil from loosening during the uncoiling process.

Feeding and leveling machine -1 set

Feeder: Feeder mainly consists of pressure head, straight head, support plate, shovel plate and conveying power roller. It is convenient for the feeder to level the machine smoothly, safely and quickly.

Leveling machine: It adopts 5-roller leveling (2 rollers on the upper layer, 3 rollers on the lower layer, screw adjustment), 1 pair of feed rollers, pneumatic clamping of feed rollers, frequency conversion speed regulation, and electrical switch control. The front of the leveling machine is also equipped with a telescopic shovel head and a material pressing device to ensure that the raw material roll enters the leveling machine smoothly and safely. The clamping roller can be adjusted up and down to facilitate the adjustment of the leveling gap and inclination.

Through-axis adjustable width cold roll forming machine -1 set

Purpose: Used to achieve the desired cross-sectional shape through the roll bending process.

Structure: The through-axis automatic adjustable forming machine is used to complete profiles with different bottom widths and waist heights without changing any rollers. The specification adjustment is completed by the servo motor. When changing products of different specifications, you only need to enter the product size of the corresponding specifications on the touch screen. It is convenient and fast without changing the rollers.
