Product Introduction:

Corrugation Plate Roller Forming Line can achieve the original single sheet of multi-process, uninterrupted production, set uncoiling, levelling, punching, forming, shearing in one continuous production, so that the product appearance standard, punching consistent installation is easy. The production line has high production speed, on-line punching and continuous moulding production, easy to operate and use less labour.

Production process:

Decoilre- leveler - material loop—servo feeder—puncher—material loop-- main roll former—cutter - workpiece outside

Main components of roll forming line:

Decoiler 1 set (includes coil car and assistant support)

This deociler is single head model, motor drives decoiler shaft to open steel coil and hydraulic power make decoiler shaft expanding device to make steel coil to be fixed well on decoiler shaft. The expending part structure is “wedge” model. When complete line is on common working condition, decoiler is working automatically. In order to make decoiler operator to be safe, decoiler also includes pneumatic brake and press arm.

It will protect operator among working process.
Decoiler also includes 4 pieces raw material block plate, in order to keep steel coil to be fixed well on the decoiler shaft when decoiler is on working condition. Block plate can be installed and removed down according to actual working requirement.

Coil car:
It is used to loading and unloading steel coil from decoiler shaft. Coil car can move forwardly and back, motor drives car to move; coil car support table can lift up and down, hydraulic cylinder supplies power for this device.
Motor power of coil car: ≈3Kw (Subject to final design)

Assistant support:
In order to make decoiler shaft to be safety when steel coil is loading on it, it has one assistant frame to support it. the assistant frame is hydraulic power model, it can move up and down. When assistant frame is working, the joint part of it will be locked automatically, it can keep assistant frame to be support decoiler shaft stable.

Leveler machine 1 set

This leveler uses 5 rollers model. Up layer has 2 pieces rollers, and down layer has 3 pieces rollers. The rollers’ space which is between up and down layer can be adjusted manually by screw mandrel.
One pair guide rolls are installed in the front of leveler roller part, feed roller is pinched well by pneumatic cylinder. Pinch rolls working speed can be adjusted by transducer, operator can control it according to actual working requirement.
In the front of main leveler part, one special Telescopic shovel head is installed on leveler base plate. When raw material will get into leveler part, this shovel will move up and guide raw material to get into leveler device smoothly.

Frequency converting control

In order to make raw material steel coil get into leveler part easily and smoothly, one material guider and press arm is installed between the decoiler and leveler. This device mainly includes press arm, support table, shovel head and etc. press arm, support table and shovel head is driven by hydraulic cylinder, press arm has one power roller, it is used to assist feed. The power roller is driven by 3Kw motor. This part can help operator feed raw material sheet to get into leveler part, it will save time for operator.

Shearing butt welding device 1 set

Function: Cut off the head and tail of the sheet to complete the butt welding of the sheet.
Structure: It is composed of shearing machine, material head and material tail pressing device, guide device, welding platform, pinch feeding device, drive system, base, etc., with adjustable side rollers at the front and back. The frame is a profile + steel plate welding structure, hydraulic shearing, hydraulic pressing, and pressing platform. Set copper backing plate. Manual argon arc welding, manual grinding. The welding machine user shall prepare it by himself.
