2. The servo-driven sliding drilling power head of the CNC steel plate cutting machine is capable of performing drilling, reaming, tapping, chamfering, and groove milling operations. It can function either in conjunction with other units or independently. The drilling spindle is equipped with a precision Taiwan-made spindle (internal cooling) featuring a BT50 taper hole, and is integrated with a butterfly spring automatic broaching mechanism. This configuration facilitates easy tool replacement via a connecting rod and hydraulic cylinder tool loosening system, allowing for rapid changes between drill bits or milling cutters.
