Product Features:
1. The production line is outfitted with an automated loading system, featuring a horizontal feeding channel, a rotating loading rack, and an automatic unloading system along with a feeding mechanism. All drilling and steel stamping operations on the angle steel are seamlessly integrated into a continuous, efficient workflow. The entire process is fully automated, removing the necessity for manual intervention and substantially reducing operator labor demands.
2. The drilling spindle is equipped with a Taiwan BT40 precision spindle (featuring internal coolant), guaranteeing exceptional drilling efficiency and precision. The drilling unit is fitted with six CNC drilling heads, three positioned on each side of the angle steel. The heads on both sides are capable of simultaneously drilling holes with identical diameters and at consistent intervals from the upper ends of the angle steel wings.
3. The software is equipped with a bilingual Chinese/English interface, providing user-friendly navigation and a clear presentation of workpiece drawings.
4. The programming process is intuitive and efficient; users only need to enter the workpiece dimensions, hole diameter, spacing, and quantity to generate the program. Additionally, CAD/CAM lofting software can be employed for seamless file conversion. The system is fully compatible with NC1 files generated by TEKLA software.
5. Key hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components are sourced from renowned, high-performance brands to ensure exceptional reliability and prolonged service life.
6. The system is equipped with a built-in self-diagnostic function, facilitating efficient fault detection and troubleshooting.
7. The shearing unit is available as an optional upgrade, featuring a dual-blade cutting mechanism to optimize performance.
