Product Introduction

Solar Bracket Punching and Forming Automatic Production Line can achieve the original single sheet of multi-process, uninterrupted production, set uncoiling, levelling, punching, forming, shearing in one continuous production, so that the product appearance standard, punching consistent installation is easy. The production line has high production speed, on-line punching and continuous moulding production, easy to operate and use less labour.

Production process

The production line is carried out according to the following technological process: Uncoiling→Leveling Servo Feeding→Punching→Cold Forming→Hydraulic Shear→Discharging

Unit configuration and function

Uncoiler

Unwinding: The machine is in single head mode. Single support, manually drive the expansion and contraction of the material shaft of the uncoiler.
The tensioning structure is a connecting rod type, and the working state is stable and reliable.
The uncoiler is equipped with a pneumatic brake device.
In order to prevent the material from loosening during the uncoiling process, the uncoiler is equipped with a pneumatic pressing arm to ensure the safety of the operators.
The uncoiler also contains 4 baffles to prevent the roll from being misaligned or unrolled.

Servo leveling feeder 1 set

Uses: Feed the sheet material according to the actual required step length for punching, and can set multiple groups of feeding parameters at one time, which is convenient and fast. Feeding accuracy is accurate without cumulative tolerance.
The servo feeder contains 1 pair of feeding rollers, using spring pressing and pneumatic loosening. Servo motor controls the loosening process.
Structure: composed of frame, pressing system and servo drive system

One punching press (including punching die)

Application: Using 80T special hydraulic press, the punching position can be adjusted along the width of the material, and has the characteristics of reasonable structure, long service life and convenient adjustment.

The hydraulic system equipped with this punching machine is specially developed for the multi-station punching machine. The hydraulic machine adopts the control method of pump and accumulator, and adopts a special hydraulic control module, which has the characteristics of fast punching speed and low noise, and is equipped with cooling Heater to dissipate heat to meet the needs of continuous production. (This hydraulic system has been successfully used in many production lines)

Structure: The steel plate welding frame hydraulic press model is adopted, which is economical and applicable, and the speed is fast. The punching distance can be adjusted in the transverse direction of the plate, and the punching distance can be changed through the electrical control system.

Punching die: 1 set 8 11x30 oblong holes are punched out at one time.

Roll forming machine 1 set

Application: It is used to make the desired finished plate shape to the final desired interface shape through the roll bending process.
When replacing products with different specifications, only part of the spacer needs to be replaced.

Structure: The forming unit adopts an independent rack (torii-style mode). Motor, reducer drive transmission. The forming roller is designed by professional software. The material is made of high-quality die steel Cr12. The hardness after quenching is HRC58~62. The surface of the roller is polished after finishing. The roller has high precision and long life.
The lower shaft is driven, and the upper and lower shafts use synchronous gears for necessary passes.
The outer nut of the archway is left-handed (lower shaft) and right-handed (upper shaft).
