Product Features

 

1. The 3D CNC H-beam drilling and cutting machine is composed of a heavy-duty machine frame, CNC feeding system, material conveying system, electrical control system, hydraulic system, cooling system, lubrication system, scrap collection unit, and other auxiliary components. Featuring a fixed machine bed combined with a movable workpiece structure, the equipment is specifically optimized for machining large-size H-beams. It supports continuous automated production and provides outstanding processing efficiency and operational stability.

 

 

2. The machine structure consists of the main bed, CNC sliding table assemblies, supporting mechanisms, upper clamping units, side clamping units, and workpiece detection systems. The CNC sliding assemblies include fixed-side slides, movable-side slides, and upper spindle sliding units. Developed specifically for H-beam machining, each sliding assembly integrates a sliding plate, slide base, spindle headstock, high-speed mechanical spindle, tool cylinder, variable-frequency motor, servo motor, linear guideways, and precision lead screws, ensuring accurate positioning and stable machining performance.

 

 

3. The CNC feeding system is composed of support brackets, rack-and-pinion transmission mechanisms, servo motors, reducers, and feeding manipulators. Driven by the servo motor, the manipulator accurately transfers H-beam workpieces along the X-axis direction, ensuring precise feeding control and reliable positioning throughout the machining process.

 

4. The material handling system includes both an in-feed conveyor and an out-feed conveyor. The in-feed conveyor consists of conveyor supports, supporting rollers, and lateral positioning mechanisms, which are designed to transport steel profiles, achieve accurate Y-axis positioning, and cooperate with the CNC feeding system for efficient and stable material loading. The out-feed conveyor is composed of discharge supports and roller assemblies, providing smooth transportation of completed workpieces after machining.

 

 

5. The cooling system adopts a combination of internal and external cooling methods, utilizing oil mist lubrication technology for effective heat dissipation during drilling operations. This advanced cooling solution reduces coolant consumption, improves production cost efficiency, supports environmentally friendly manufacturing, and extends drill tool service life by minimizing thermal wear.

 

6. The hydraulic system provides reliable power support for the upper clamping mechanism, side clamping mechanism, tool cylinders, and other hydraulic actuated components, ensuring stable workpiece fixation and dependable machine operation.

 

7. The pneumatic system supplies compressed air power for the feeding manipulator, detection cylinders, and other pneumatic-driven components, ensuring fast response and reliable automation performance.

 

 

8. The lubrication system combines centralized automatic lubrication with manual lubrication methods. The centralized lubrication system provides timely and precise lubrication for critical moving components, including linear guideways and lead screw assemblies, effectively reducing mechanical wear and maintaining long-term machining accuracy.

 

9. The machine control system integrates an industrial computer, PLC controller, and related control components to provide intelligent and automated operation. Processing programs can be generated by importing CAD drawings or entering machining parameters through USB interfaces or keyboard input. Programs can be stored, recalled, displayed, and transferred according to part numbers whenever required. The system also supports manual adjustment of individual machining parameters while enabling complete automatic execution of the entire production cycle, significantly improving operational flexibility and manufacturing efficiency.
