The drilling system is equipped with premium BT40 precision spindles manufactured in Taiwan, featuring an internal coolant supply to ensure excellent drilling accuracy, superior hole quality, and extended tool life. Six CNC-controlled spindle heads are symmetrically arranged, with three drilling units positioned on each side of the angle steel profile. When processing holes of identical diameter and equal edge distance, paired spindle heads can drill simultaneously, significantly increasing machining efficiency while maintaining exceptional positional precision.

The CNC control platform provides a bilingual Chinese–English operating interface with clear graphical visualization of workpiece layouts and machining data. Its intuitive design simplifies operation, improves programming efficiency, and shortens operator training time.

The programming system is designed for simple and rapid operation. Users only need to enter essential machining parameters, including workpiece dimensions, hole diameters, hole spacing, and production quantity, to automatically generate machining programs. The system also supports direct import of CAD/CAM-generated data and is fully compatible with TEKLA NC1 files, enabling seamless integration with digital engineering and manufacturing systems.
