The CNC angle steel drilling production line features a highly automated manufacturing structure, integrating an automatic material loading system composed of a transverse feeding conveyor and rotary loading mechanism, an automatic unloading system, and an intelligent material feeding unit. All angle steel drilling, punching, and marking operations can be completed through a single continuous processing cycle without manual intervention during machining. This advanced automation significantly reduces labor requirements, improves production efficiency, and enhances process consistency and operational reliability.
The marking unit of the CNC angle steel punching and marking production line adopts a high-rigidity enclosed structural design, ensuring excellent mechanical stability and long-term operational accuracy. The marking system consists of a fixed support base mounted on the machine frame, a movable working platform, and a hydraulically actuated character marking head assembly. According to the commands generated by the CNC control system, marking operations are automatically performed at the designated positions defined in the engineering drawings.
