The machine is configured with six CNC-controlled spindle heads arranged symmetrically, with three drilling units positioned on each side of the angle steel profile. 3. Intelligent Human–Machine Interface (HMI)
The CNC control system adopts a bilingual Chinese-English operating interface with clear graphical visualization of workpiece layouts, machining parameters, and equipment status. This intuitive design simplifies machine operation, enhances programming efficiency, and reduces operator training time.
4. Efficient Intelligent Programming System
The programming system is designed for simple, fast, and reliable operation. Operators only need to enter essential machining parameters, including workpiece specifications, hole diameters, hole spacing, and production quantities, after which the system automatically generates the corresponding machining programs. The system supports direct import of CAD/CAM processing data and is fully compatible with TEKLA NC1 files, enabling seamless connection with modern digital engineering platforms and intelligent manufacturing processes.
