The CNC Angle Steel Drilling and Marking Production Line is purpose-built for high-accuracy drilling and punching of large, high-strength angle steel sections used in power transmission tower manufacturing. 1. Fully Automatic Production Line
The production line integrates a highly automated material handling system comprising transverse conveyors, rotary loading units, automatic unloading devices, and transfer mechanisms. Drilling and punching operations are completed within one continuous machining cycle, significantly reducing manual intervention, lowering labor costs, and improving production efficiency, machining consistency, and overall operational reliability.
2. High-Accuracy Drilling Unit
The drilling system is equipped with premium BT40 precision spindles manufactured in Taiwan, incorporating an internal coolant supply to deliver excellent drilling performance, superior hole quality, and outstanding machining precision. Six CNC-controlled drilling heads are symmetrically arranged, with three units installed on each side of the angle steel profile. When machining holes with identical diameters and equal edge distances, the corresponding drilling heads operate simultaneously, substantially increasing production capacity while maintaining exceptional positional accuracy.
3. Intuitive Human–Machine Interface
The CNC control platform features a bilingual Chinese-English operating interface with graphical visualization of workpiece layouts and machining data. Its intuitive design simplifies machine operation, improves programming efficiency, and minimizes operator training requirements.

The programming system is designed for simple and efficient operation. Users only need to input essential machining parameters, including workpiece dimensions, hole diameters, hole spacing, and production quantities. The controller also supports direct import of CAD/CAM nesting files and offers full compatibility with TEKLA-generated NC1 files, enabling seamless integration into modern digital manufacturing systems.
