Structure Features:
1. The machine frame adopts a C-type welded steel plate structure, offering excellent rigidity and a spacious operating area.
2. The machine is equipped with three processing stations (including one marking station), with automatic station changeover to enhance operational efficiency.
3. The clamping system is designed to accommodate workpieces of varying thicknesses. Combined with a zero-reference positioning block, the workpiece is supported on a ball-transfer worktable for smooth handling and accurate positioning.
4. The X-axis and Y-axis are driven by servo motors, ball screws, and precision linear guideways. A dual-axis CNC control system ensures accurate positioning and precise punching operations.
5. The entire machining process is fully automated. Operators only need to import the workpiece drawing into the control system, significantly simplifying operation and improving productivity.

2. All-steel welded construction: The frame, base, and worktable are constructed entirely from welded steel plates, which undergo stress-relief aging treatment to ensure high strength, excellent rigidity, and long-term durability.
3. Four tooling positions: The machine is equipped with four standard tooling stations—two for punching, one for drilling, and one for marking. Tooling position changes are performed automatically for efficient operation.
4. Clamping system: The machine is equipped with two hydraulic clamping units for securely holding steel plates on the worktable. The system is designed to accommodate workpieces of various sizes and thicknesses. In combination with reference positioning blocks and a ball-transfer worktable, it ensures accurate positioning and smooth material handling.
5. Movable worktable: The worktable movement is driven by servo motors and precision ball screws, enabling accurate and stable positioning of the plate. During machining, two hydraulic clamps securely hold the workpiece to maintain processing accuracy and operational stability.
6. X-axis and Y-axis movement: The X and Y axes are driven by dual high-capacity linear rolling guide pairs on both sides, along with precision ball screws and high-inertia AC servo motors, ensuring exceptional positioning accuracy and smooth motion control.
7. Push-type lubrication system: The machine is equipped with a manual lubrication system for both the linear guides and ball screws, ensuring consistent maintenance and long-term operational reliability.
