The JNC series high-speed CNC angle steel production line for punching, marking, and cutting is primarily comprised of a punching unit, marking unit, cutting unit, transverse conveyor, rotary conveyor, feeding conveyor, discharge conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, hydraulic system, electrical system, pneumatic system, and additional auxiliary components. This production line is specifically engineered for the automated processing of angle steel in the tower manufacturing industry. 1. The CNC angle steel punching machine is equipped with two or three punching units, each capable of accommodating three different punch sizes. These punching units are precisely controlled via numerical control (NC) to ensure accurate positioning during punching operations. The machine is capable of executing both circular and oval hole punching. Its high-speed feeding and punching functions significantly enhance production efficiency. For 50×50×4mm angle steel, the production output can reach 9–10 tons over an eight-hour shift.
