Components of CNC Drilling Machine Line

 

The CNC drilling machine line is mainly composed of key units including the main machine frame, CNC feeding system, discharge conveyor, cooling system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, lubrication system, electrical control system, and scrap collection trolley. This production line adopts a fixed bed structure combined with a movable workpiece support system. 1. Main Machine Body

 

The main machine body consists of a base, machine bed, movable sliding table, spindle headstock, upper clamping device, side clamping device, and a tool magazine of row-type configuration. The bed structure features high rigidity and excellent stability, allowing it to withstand cutting forces and vibration generated during high-speed machining. This robust design ensures long-term machining accuracy and operational consistency.

 

 

 

2. Cooling System

 

The drill tool is cooled using an aerosol cooling method, achieved through the combination of compressed air and coolant fluid. This approach offers reduced coolant consumption, improved cost efficiency, environmental benefits, and decreased tool wear. A flexible nozzle installed on the spindle head allows easy adjustment of spray direction, ensuring continuous and effective cooling of the drill during operation.

 

 

3. Lubrication System

 

The lubrication system adopts a combined centralized and manual lubrication structure. The centralized lubrication unit delivers precise and consistent lubrication to designated linear guides and lead screws, while other lubrication points are maintained through manual application.

This machine tool is specifically developed for drilling, tapping, and marking operations on H-beams, channel steel, and various other structural steel components. It is capable of processing steel parts with different specifications while maintaining high precision and stable efficiency throughout the entire machining cycle.
