Structure Features:
1. The machine frame utilizes a C-shaped welded steel plate construction, providing outstanding rigidity and a generous working area.
2. The machine is equipped with three processing stations, including one dedicated marking station, with automated station switching to maximize operational efficiency.
3. The clamping system is engineered to accommodate workpieces of varying thicknesses. In conjunction with a zero-reference positioning block, workpieces are supported on a ball-transfer table for smooth handling and precise alignment.
4. The X-axis and Y-axis are driven by servo motors, precision ball screws, and linear guideways. A dual-axis CNC control system ensures accurate positioning and highly precise punching operations.
5. The entire machining process is fully automated. Operators simply import the workpiece drawing into the control system, greatly simplifying operation and enhancing productivity.

1. The machine features a C-type open-frame design, providing ample space for convenient operation and enhanced accessibility.
2. The frame, base, and worktable are entirely fabricated from welded steel plates, which undergo stress-relief aging treatment to ensure high strength, excellent rigidity, and long-term durability.
3. The machine is furnished with four standard tooling stations—two for punching, one for drilling, and one for marking. Tooling changes are executed automatically to ensure efficient operation.
4. Two hydraulic clamping units securely hold steel plates on the worktable. The system is designed to accommodate workpieces of different sizes and thicknesses. Combined with reference positioning blocks and a ball-transfer table, it guarantees accurate positioning and smooth material handling.
5. Worktable motion is driven by servo motors and precision ball screws, enabling stable and precise plate positioning. During machining, two hydraulic clamps firmly secure the workpiece to maintain processing accuracy and operational stability.
6. The X and Y axes are guided by dual high-capacity linear rolling guide pairs, precision ball screws, and high-inertia AC servo motors, delivering exceptional positioning accuracy and smooth motion control.
7. A manual lubrication system services both the linear guides and ball screws, ensuring consistent maintenance and long-term operational reliability.
8. All essential hydraulic and electrical components are sourced from internationally renowned manufacturers, providing superior quality, high reliability, minimal failure rates, and extended service life.
