Drilling power head:

Automatic lubrication device and protective device:
Equipped with Taiwan's original volumetric partial pressure automatic lubrication device, it can automatically lubricate various motion pairs such as guide rails, screws, racks, etc., without dead angles, and ensure the service life of the machine tool. The X-axis and Y-axis of the machine tool are equipped with dust-proof protective covers, and splash-proof baffles are installed around the workbench.
GSK CNC control system:
GSK CNC drilling machine special system. The motor is driven by a high-precision absolute value series servo motor, RS232 interface and color display, Chinese operation interface, on-site/external USB input.
1. With chip breaking function, the chip breaking time and chip breaking cycle can be set on the man-machine interface.
2. With the tool lifting function, the tool lifting height can be set on the man-machine interface. When drilling to this height, the drill is quickly lifted to the top of the workpiece, and then shavings, then fast forward to the drilling surface and automatically switch.
3. Centralized operation control boxes and hand-held units adopt numerical control systems to facilitate programming, storage, display and communication. The operation interface has the functions of man-machine dialogue, error compensation, and automatic alarm.
4. The equipment has the function of preview and re-inspection of the hole position before processing, and the operation is very convenient.
Center water filtration system:
Equipped with a central water filtering system, which can effectively filter the impurities in the cutting coolant. The internal water spray system can prevent iron pins from being wound on the tool during processing, reduce tool wear, extend tool life, improve workpiece surface finish, and tool tip The high-pressure water outlet pin can well protect the surface of the workpiece, protect the high-speed rotary joint, prevent impurities from blocking the rotary joint, and improve the overall quality of the workpiece and improve work efficiency.
