Introduction

The 40T-12A Camless CNC wire rotation machine is a 1-4.2 mm spring machine, controlled by a CNC system and 12 servo motors. It is driven by an industrial power supply to drive a servo motor, gears, and then a belt; a guide rail and a bearing are used to drive and rotate the wire to make the products what you need. The camless spring machine is a new multi-functional wire-forming machine. It is convenient for commissioning, saving time for adjustment, and greatly improving work efficiency. Equipped with the wire rotary function, it can rotate the wire direction at multiple angles of 360 degrees to solve multi-dimensional space products. It can produce a variety of special-shaped springs, compression springs, extension springs, double tension springs, torsion springs, double torsion springs, flat springs (scroll springs, clockwork springs), and various wire forming products.

3. Tools, bearings, and spare parts are durable; that is, they save costs in long-term working.

4. The wire feed structure is 4 groups of wire feeding wheels, 2 sets of straightener wheels, and a wire rotary function. The customer could select the number of wire feed wheel groups and wire rotaries under product requirements.

5. The CNC system is in Chinese and English versions and is easy to study, teach, and train.

6. The wire rotary device and quill can be rotated 360°, which is very convenient for adjusting the angle and shape of springs.

7. Dome light is good for commissioning springs.

8. An electromagnetic valve is used for installing a probe or air cylinder to check springs.

9. The side power socket supplies power when it is adding another device or repairing.

10. Air conditioners are for lowering the temperature to extend the life of machinery and accessories.

11. The transformer is set under customer voltage.

12. Decoiler is woking together which can be selected 200 or 500kg tray.
