CNCSUPER S5T2 is a High-Efficiency Dual-Process Industrial CNC Router. By using a Dual Z-axis design, the machine can carry two independent spindles, allowing for rapid switching between different tools (like a roughing bit and a finishing bit) without the complexity of a full rotary ATC.

High precision Dual water-cooled spindles:Equipped with 2 sets of 5.5KW water-cooled spindles, with a maximum speed of 24000 rpm. The water cooling system maintains stable temperature, delivering higher power, better rigidity, and improved machining accuracy for various materials.
Custom servo system:Fully equipped with a complete set of CNCSUPER custom servo motors and drivers, enabling fast response and smooth motion. The machine’s working speed can reach up to 25000 mm/min, greatly improving processing efficiency without losing precision.
Automatic tool setter:Built-in automatic tool sensor realizes precise and fast tool setting, effectively reducing manual operation errors.
Control system:Adopts the CNCSUPER 3-axis numerical control system, featuring a user-friendly interface, stable performance, and intuitive operation. It is easy to learn and control.
Integrated cabinet & tool storage:The integrated cabinet plus rocker tool box design not only saves space but also keeps the engraving tools in order.
Vacuum adsorption system:Configured with a 7.5KW dry rotary vane vacuum pump and a segmented vacuum table. The sectional design ensures strong and reliable adsorption even for small-sized workpieces, allowing flexible processing at any time.
