Main Features
Powerful Engine: Can be equipped with a domestic gasoline engine or a Honda gasoline engine. A Honda GX390 gasoline engine is typically used, with a power output of 13 horsepower and a speed of 3600 rpm. This engine offers stable performance and reliable power output.
Multiple Transmission Methods: Shaft drive or belt drive can be selected. Shaft drive offers high transmission efficiency and strong torque capacity, suitable for harsh working conditions; belt drive provides some shock absorption and relatively stable transmission, offering some protection for the engine and winch.
High Lifting Capacity: Rated lifting capacity is 5 tons, and traction force can reach 50 kN. Suitable for lifting and traction of heavy objects such as steel bars and pipes in power engineering.
Twin-Drum Design: The twin-drum structure allows two wire ropes to operate simultaneously, improving work efficiency or allowing for different operation stages, such as one drum for lifting and the other for traction.
Technical Parameters: The standard model is JJM-5SQ, suitable for 15mm steel wire rope, with a groove bottom diameter of 240mm, 6 grooves, and multiple speed settings.
