Quantitative determination of fibrinogen is typical measurement, which is to determine diluted plasma clotting time after adding thrombin. Clinical application
It is intended for use in quantitative determination of fibrinogen , helping determine congenital and acquired fibrinogen deficiency (such as disseminated intravascular coagulation, liver disease, etc.)and monitoring thrombolytic therapy.
Storage
Liquid: It has a 2 year shelf life when stored at 20 unopened, and it can be stored at 2~8 for 30 days after opened.
Lyophilized: It has a 2 year shelf life when stored at 2~8unopened , and it can be stored at 2~8 for 5 days after constitution.
