PPGI PPGL as known as Color coated steel,It has excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance and good processing performance.Pre-painted steel is getting popular in public buildings, such as stadiums, railway stations, exhibition halls, theaters, etc. It is widely used in construction, home appliances, transportation, automobile industry, steel mills, power plants, electrical industry, medical uses, advertising, furniture industry, and so on.Also, pre-painted steel is available in different base metals, paintings, coating thicknesses, coating methods, surface treatment methods, etc. In terms of public buildings, beauty and durability are the primary considerations for color-coated steel.
HDP high durability colour coating board adopts HDP polyester coating, good durability, adopts high molecular weight resin, the polymer branch chain is less, the bond energy is stable, not easy to photolysis so it is not easy to chalking, the gloss degree decreases to a high level.
HDP colour steel plate at the same time adopts the inorganic ceramics pigment, it is not easy to fade in the sunlight.
The coating thickness is generally 5UM epoxy resin primer + 20UM HDP polyester top coat on the front side, and 5UM epoxy resin primer + 6UMPE resin top coat on the reverse side.HDP high weathering colour coated sheet rolls can be provided with a 15-year quality assurance certificate to ensure that the coating does not fall off, no chalking, cracking, and no fading within 15 years.
