Printed Color Coated Steel and Aluminum Coil
Printed color coated plates offer decorative effects such as wood grain, brick grain, camouflage, and marble.
The printing process for color coated coils typically involves gravure printing. This method uses steel rollers laser-engraved with desired patterns to transfer ink onto the surface of the steel plate.
Initially, the substrate undergoes pre-treatment including degreasing, cleaning, and passivation. After this, a layer of matching color primer is applied to the steel plate surface. Depending on the application, primers may include polyester, polyurethane, and other coatings. After drying and curing the primer, ink is applied through printing. Printing complexity ranges from single color to multi-color patterns. Once the ink is dried and cured, a varnish coating follows, which can be polyester, High Durable Polyester (HDP), fluorocarbon PVDF, or other types.
For higher printing quality requirements, such as fluorocarbon printed color coated panels, a three-coating and three-baking process is used. This involves applying a polyurethane primer, followed by a layer of matching fluorocarbon topcoat, ink printing, and finally a coat of fluorocarbon varnish. The entire production process for printed color coated panels includes cooling, coiling, and shearing after drying and solidification of the coatings.
1060 Pure Aluminium Series
1060 material aluminium plate belongs to the pure aluminium series of products, the density of 2.71, the material is relatively soft, ductility is good, with excellent forming and processing characteristics, high corrosion resistance, long service life, low cost, but its strength and rigidity is low.
3003 Aluminium-Manganese Alloy Series
3003 aluminium sheet belongs to the aluminium-manganese alloy series, with a density of about 2.73. Due to the manganese alloying element (content between 1-1.5%), the material's hardness and tensile properties are better than those of Series 1. This product has excellent anti-rust properties and is also known as "anti-rust aluminium".
3004 Aluminium-magnesium-manganese alloy series
3004 material aluminium plate contains manganese elements, but also added magnesium elements, the content of 0.8-1.3%, so 3004 is usually also known as "aluminium-magnesium-manganese", the strength is higher than 3003, excellent formability and good corrosion resistance, is the most widely used coloured aluminium products, is widely used in airports, stations, stadiums and other public buildings. Public buildings.
5052 Aluminium-magnesium alloy series
The density of 5 series aluminium-magnesium alloy is 2.68, and the alloy composition is mainly magnesium, the content is between 3-5%, the main features are low density, high tensile strength and high elongation. Due to the low density and light weight, 5 series aluminium-magnesium alloy is usually used in the aviation field, known as "aviation aluminium". Tensile strength and other performance is higher than 3 series, of course, the price is relatively high, commonly used materials for the 5052 series.
