For chemical treatment, the color aluminum utilizes a neutral treatment agent, roller coating, and a hot air rapid drying process, distinguishing it from conventional dip coating methods and effectively mitigating environmental impact.
Furthermore, advanced chromium-free treatment liquids are used for surface treatment to meet stringent environmental protection standards both domestically and internationally.
During the curing process of the color-coated aluminum plate surface coating, volatile components can be recycled and reused. Our facility is equipped with an advanced VOC defluorination system to enhance heat energy utilization efficiency, achieve zero emissions, and completely eliminate environmental pollution.

Usage of different coating structures:
2/1: This single layer back coating has poor corrosion resistance and scratch resistance but offers good adhesion. It is mainly used for sandwich panels.
2/1M: This coating provides good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and molding properties, along with good adhesion. It is suitable for single-layer compression molding panels and sandwich panels.
2/2: Featuring double-layer back paint, this coating offers excellent corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and processability. It is mostly used for single-layer pressboards, but its adhesion is not as strong, making it less suitable for sandwich panels.
Coated aluminum coil and sheet are more resistant to keep food fresh. 1060 Pure Aluminium Series
1060 material aluminium plate belongs to the pure aluminium series of products, the density of 2.71, the material is relatively soft, ductility is good, with excellent forming and processing characteristics, high corrosion resistance, long service life, low cost, but its strength and rigidity is low.
3003 Aluminium-Manganese Alloy Series
3003 aluminium sheet belongs to the aluminium-manganese alloy series, with a density of about 2.73. Due to the manganese alloying element (content between 1-1.5%), the material's hardness and tensile properties are better than those of Series 1. This product has excellent anti-rust properties and is also known as "anti-rust aluminium".
3004 Aluminium-magnesium-manganese alloy series
3004 material aluminium plate contains manganese elements, but also added magnesium elements, the content of 0.8-1.3%, so 3004 is usually also known as "aluminium-magnesium-manganese", the strength is higher than 3003, excellent formability and good corrosion resistance, is the most widely used coloured aluminium products, is widely used in airports, stations, stadiums and other public buildings. 5052 Aluminium-magnesium alloy series
The density of 5 series aluminium-magnesium alloy is 2.68, and the alloy composition is mainly magnesium, the content is between 3-5%, the main features are low density, high tensile strength and high elongation. Due to the low density and light weight, 5 series aluminium-magnesium alloy is usually used in the aviation field, known as "aviation aluminium". Tensile strength and other performance is higher than 3 series, of course, the price is relatively high, commonly used materials for the 5052 series.
