Color coated aluminum sheet in coils has the characteristics of long service life, light weight, excellent surface effect and high recycling value, and has good economic benefits to meet the urgent demand of the current social economy and environmental protection development.

Our factory's aluminum color coating production line uses Germany's Siemens complete line control system, and the core painting process uses the world's most advanced German roll coating technology and twice-coated, twice-hot air-curing coating technology to accurately control coating thickness and curing quality.

Printed color coated plates offer decorative effects such as wood grain, brick grain, camouflage, and marble.

The printing process for color coated coils typically involves gravure printing. This method uses steel rollers laser-engraved with desired patterns to transfer ink onto the surface of the steel plate.

Initially, the substrate undergoes pre-treatment including degreasing, cleaning, and passivation. After this, a layer of matching color primer is applied to the steel plate surface. Depending on the application, primers may include polyester, polyurethane, and other coatings. After drying and curing the primer, ink is applied through printing. Printing complexity ranges from single color to multi-color patterns. Once the ink is dried and cured, a varnish coating follows, which can be polyester, High Durable Polyester (HDP), fluorocarbon PVDF, or other types.

The color aluminum adopts neutral treatment agent, roller coating treatment and hot air rapid drying process in the chemical treatment process, which is different from the ordinary dip coating chemical treatment method, which effectively eliminates environmental damage.

Moreover, the surface treatment is carried out with advanced chromium-free treatment liquid to meet strict environmental protection requirements at home and abroad.

During the curing process of the color coated aluminum plate surface coating'. the volatile components can be recycled and utilized for the second time, and equipped with an advanced VOC defluorination system to improve the utilization rate of heat energy while achieving zero emissions, and absolutely elimina te environmental pollution

Wooden Printed Galvalume Steel Coils Coating Types
According to different environment and uses, we can choose the different appropriate resin coating.
1) Polyester(PE)
Good formability and adhesion, color is rich and various, superior durability in the outdoor, good chemical resistance
and low cost.
2) Silicon modified polyester(SMP)
Good wear resistance and heat resistance, as well as good exterior durability and resistance to pulverization, medium cost.
3) High durability polyester(HDP)
Anti-ultraviolet and excellent color retention, excellent resistance to pulverization, good adhesion, color is rich, good cost
performance.
4) Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)
Strong performance of anti-ultraviolet, can stand against strong change of weather for long time and erosion for many kinds
of chemical medium, excellent solvent resistance,dirty resistance, color is limited and high cost.
