Equipment Overview
This system provides precise heating and temperature maintenance for bath solutions during metal workpiece pre-treatment processes including degreasing, phosphating, silanization/zirconium coating, and hot deionized water rinsing. Working Principle
A PLC or industrial computer controls heating parameters including valve opening, circulation pressure, and bath temperature.
