The LY-802FV Coating Thickness Gauge (patented product) is specifically designed for non-destructive measurement of non-magnetic coatings (e.g., aluminum, chromium, copper, enamel, rubber, paint, etc.) on magnetic substrates (e.g., steel, iron, alloys, hard magnetic steel, etc.) for circular workpieces with diameters up to 100mm.
1.1. Adopt high-speed MCU and advanced algorithm to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of measurement. The instrument supports fast measurement and continuous measurement, and the measurement speed can reach 0.3s/time.
1.2.It meets the standards of ISO2178 ,DIN,ASTM and BS.
1.3. The wear-resistant metal probe can ensure stable data when measuring on hard or rough surfaces, and the probe wears more than 500,000 times.
1.4. Reasonable structure design makes the machine comfortable to operate, small in size, light in weight and easy to carry.
