Exceptional High-Temperature Performance: The 9Cr-1Mo composition provides outstanding creep resistance and mechanical strength stability under continuous high-temperature service, making it the preferred choice for superheater and reheater tube applications.
Superior Oxidation and Corrosion Resistance: Chromium content of 8.0-10.0% forms a protective oxide layer that effectively resists high-temperature oxidation, sulfidation, and steam corrosion in harsh industrial environments.
U-Bend Fabrication Capability: Available in straight lengths or U-bend configurations with stress-relief heat treatment after bending to eliminate residual stresses, ensuring long-term reliability in shell-and-tube heat exchangers.
Strict Chemical Control: Carbon content limited to 0.15% max, with controlled manganese (0.30-0.60%), phosphorus (≤0.025%), and sulfur (≤0.025%) for optimal weldability and formability.
Verified Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength ≥415 MPa, yield strength ≥205 MPa, elongation ≥30% at room temperature, with full compliance to ASTM A213/ASME SA213 standards.
