for the heavy-duty demands of transformer, relay, and motor manufacturing.

Choosing the right nipper body is critical for machine integration. We offer two distinct series:

Type A: Square Body Air Nippers (The Automation Standard)
(Model Series: C20,C30F, C45)
The square (block) design is the industry standard for fixed-station automation.

Rigid Mounting: Featuring pre-drilled mounting holes on three surfaces, these bodies can be bolted directly to the machine frame

or slide rails, ensuring zero vibration during cutting.

Space Efficiency: The rectangular profile allows multiple nippers to be stacked side-by-side in compact winding stations.

High Output Power: The internal piston design maximizes air pressure conversion, delivering strong cutting force even at standard

0.5 MPa.

Type B: Round Body Air Nippers (Compact Standard)

(Model Series: C30, C40,C40H)

The cylindrical design is a classic choice for general winding machines.

Space-Saving Design: The smooth cylindrical body has no protruding mounting ears, allowing it to be installed in narrow spaces where square nippers might not fit.

Easy Installation: Designed for standard round clamping fixtures. It is easy to slide in, position, and lock securely.

Lightweight Construction: The body is built from durable industrial metal. It is designed to be lightweight, reducing the burden on the machine's moving parts.

3. Blade Technology: Imported Tungsten Steel Welding

The blade is where NHE truly differentiates itself. We do not use standard steel; we use Composite Technology.
