Shell and tube water-cooled condenser
Water cooled condensers can be mainly used in industries such as refrigeration equipment, cold storage engineering, agriculture, food, restaurants, chemicalindustry, etc., and can also be matched with central air conditioning host equipment;
Product Features
1. Adopting double-sided reinforced high-efficiency heat transfer copper tubes and a new specialized tooth profile for Kaidi
2. The inlet and outlet interfaces ofthe condenser are designed with left and right offset, and the interfaces are national standard threaded interfaces,condenser, which are convenient for customers to install pipelines and valves on site
3. The design ofthe liquid collection package can provide better liquid supply effect and better adapt to refrigerant fluctuations inthe cylinder, enhancing the stability of the unit operation;
4. The tube plate and tube holes are designed with multiple sealing grooves, greatly reducing the risk of leakage between the tubeplate and the heat exchange tubes;
5. Standard compressor bracket, pressure gauge, and oil separation bracket for easy installation and use by customers;
6. The front and rear end caps ofthe condenser are both equipped with drainage ports at the lower end, making it easy for
customers to drain water
7. Secondary shot blasting treatment to ensure cleanliness inside the shell, while ensuring firm adhesion of the paint,
8. All products have undergone shell and tube pressure testing and passed the pressure holding test.
9. Strictly implement national standards NB/T47012-2020 "Pressure Vessels for Refrigeration Equipment", etc
