Designed with specialized internal cooling slots and guide vanes, the motor is continuously cooled by cold suction refrigerant gas, maintaining peak operational efficiency even under continuous high-load commercial HVAC demands.
Constructed with a double-walled gray cast iron (FC25) body featuring high-strength internal reinforcement ribs, the housing minimizes operating sound and mechanical vibration. The durable casing prevents thermal expansion under high condensing pressures, maintaining tight internal tolerances and ensuring exceptional rigidity and service life.
Built for maximum system reliability, this screw air conditioning compressor comes standard with embedded PTC thermistors and an advanced electronic protection module. It actively monitors discharge gas temperatures, motor coil heat, phase loss, and phase sequence errors. It also supports optional integrations for oil level switches, differential pressure switches, and safety pressure relief valves.
