The RC2-470B features a 5:6 high-efficiency screw rotor profile patented in Taiwan, the UK, the US, and China. Machined via precision CNC milling and grinding centers under strict ISO 9001 standards, these rotors are verified by ZEISS 3D coordinate measuring equipment to guarantee optimum volumetric efficiency, minimal internal clearance, and smooth operation in screw compressor HVAC installations.
Engineered to withstand heavy dynamic loads, the compressor incorporates a combination of 10 axial and radial bearings paired with an α axial balance piston. This design effectively counteracts compression thrust forces, minimizing mechanical shaft displacement and significantly extending total bearing operational life.
Designed for ultimate versatility in varying ambient and heavy-duty conditions, the unit is built with dedicated auxiliary connection ports. It features liquid injection ports located at the motor casing and compression chamber, external oil cooler ports, and a middle-pressure economizer port to boost part-load efficiency.
