There are over twelve different types of high-efficiency air coolers available on the market, each designed for specific temperature requirements in cold storage units. These coolers are classified into three main categories based on the temperature levels required for the cold storage units: high temperature units with a fin spacing of 4.5mm; medium temperature units with a fin spacing of 6.0mm, and low temperature units with a fin spacing of 90mm.
The cooling capacity of these air coolers ranges from 1.1 Kw to 46 Kw, making them ideal for use in commercial refrigeration, freezing and cold storage equipment used in supermarkets. These units are designed to offer superior and efficient cooling performance and to help maintain the temperature levels required for safe food storage.
Refrigeration Capacity: The air cooler has a greater cooling capacity when using internally threaded copper tubes compared to using bare tubes with the same fin area. The cooling capacity increase ranges from 1.4 to 15 times greater.
Uniform Frosting: The air flow and liquid separation circuits have been optimized in the design process of the air cooler, resulting in a new liquid distributor to evenly distribute frost on the coil tubes.
Efficient Defrosting: In order to effectively defrost the air cooler, the electric heaters are reasonably designed with proper spacing and power.
Durable: The outer shell of the air cooler is constructed from embossed aluminum plate with an epoxy resin plastic coating. In addition, high-strength aluminum rivets and stainless steel fasteners are used for the connectors, making the air cooler highly durable.
