Features:

The shell of the product is designed with a plastic spraying process or embossed aluminum plate, which is then treated with a plastic spraying finish. This results in a strong corrosion resistance, as well as a beautiful appearance.

In order to reduce the wind side resistance, the coil is arranged in a novel way. Upon installation, the copper tube is tightly attached to the fin through mechanical expansion. This helps to reduce the contact thermal resistance, resulting in an improved heat transfer efficiency.

After undergoing pressure testing, the product is then cleaned with trichloroethylene in the tube. This is to remove any oil, moisture, or oxide scale in the tube.

A special fan motor is used in the product. It is selected for its low power consumption, large air volume, low noise, and long range. This helps to ensure that the product can operate normally even under humid and low temperature conditions.

The product also features a U-shaped tubular stainless steel electric heating tube. This electric heating tube is inserted into the coil, with a reasonable spacing distribution and power design. As a result, the defrosting time is shortened, and the defrosting effect is improved.

The slot-type hanger is used for easy lifting of the product.

Finally, all products are nitrogen-filled and pressure-maintained before leaving the factory.
