1. Core Product Positioning
Engineered for Southeast Asia's harsh conditions—high heat, humidity, intense UV rays, and coastal salt spray—PVDF color coated steel coil pairs premium weather-resistant substrates with top-tier fluorocarbon coatings. It is the go-to long-lasting protection for industrial workshops, warehouses, and building roofing/cladding, solving common pain points of ordinary sheets: fading, rusting, and coating peeling.
The substrate is the backbone of the coil. We offer two high-performance options to match diverse corrosion and strength needs:
Hot-Dip Galvanized Substrate
Process: Continuous hot-dip galvanizing creates a dense zinc-iron alloy layer for strong adhesion and peel resistance.
Customization: Zinc coating thickness ranges from 80g/m² to 275g/m²; 275g/m² is ideal for coastal high-salt areas.
Advantages: Yield strength 250–550MPa, excellent impact and deformation resistance, suitable for load-bearing roofing to cut reinforcement costs.
Hot-Dip Galvalume Substrate
Process: 55% aluminum + 43.5% zinc + 1.5% silicon alloy coating via hot-dip method forms a dual protective barrier.
Advantages: 2–6 times more corrosion-resistant than galvanized substrates of the same zinc thickness; heat-resistant up to 315℃ for tropical exposure; smooth surface boosts coating adhesion and service life.
3. PVDF Coating: Top-Tier Weather Resistance
We use original DuPont/Nippon Paint PVDF fluorocarbon coatings—far superior to standard PE/SMP coatings and perfectly suited to Southeast Asian climates:
Core Performance
Long-Lasting Weather Resistance: ≥70% fluorine content ensures 20–30 years of UV resistance, with gloss loss ≤5% and fading grade ≤1.
Corrosion & Stain Resistance: Low surface tension enables self-cleaning; acid/alkali/salt spray resistant, passing 5000-hour neutral salt spray tests without blistering or rust.
Wear & Scratch Resistance: Hardness ≥2H prevents coating damage during transportation and installation, reducing maintenance costs.

Pretreatment: Degreasing → washing → pickling → phosphating → passivation removes impurities and forms a dense passivation film to enhance coating adhesion.
