15x Stronger than Steel
UHMWPE Cords yield extremely high strength (15x stronger than steel by weight ratio) in a compact size and lightweight. Compared to utility cords or mil-spec paracords made of nylon/polyester, UHMWPE cords are much lighter and far less bulky, convenient for outdoor carry, and easy storage with spools.
Highly Resistant to Abrasion and Wear
Best cords for anywhere extra protection from abrasion is required. UHMWPE is highly resistant to abrasion and wears, largely extending the abrading period when compared to nylon and polyester.
