Our 8 strand pp combination wire rope is a mix of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) material. It is known as Danline as well. The main characteristic is a high breaking strength in combination with low weight. The flexibility and light weight makes handling of these ropes quite easy. Our 8 strand pp combination rope has the same construction as the wire rope. However, each steel wire strand is covered with polypropylene fiber which contributes to the rope having high tenacity with good abrasion resistance. In the process of water use, the steel core inside the combination rope will note rust, not only greatly increase the service life of wire rope,but also can reach the strength of wire rope.
Our 8 strand pp combination rope is easily to handle and secures tight knots.Generally, the core is synthetic fiber, but if faster sinking and higher strength is required,steel wire can be substituted as the core.
