Slurry Ice Machine for Fishery/Meat/ Beverage
Introduction
Ice slurry is a unique chilling medium and is formed out of seawater of a mixture of fresh water and salt.
The microscopic crystals form a suspension in seawater in any required concentration.
1. Ultra-strong refrigeration, it can fully contact with refrigerated materials, and can even flow into the internal space.
In all known ice bodies, the contact and heat transfer area between the flowing ice and the cooled object is almost 100%,
which can fully wrap the preservation items, and the cooling time is shorter and faster.
2. Highly controllable, soft ice, flowing, will not harm the refrigerated material.
Unlike other ice shapes, the ice slurry machine can adjust the ratio of water solution to ice
to obtain the ideal ice temperature and ice concentration.
3. Save labor and time, because of its good fluidity, the flow ice can be pumped to the freezing point through a hose or pipe.
Ice transportation is more convenient, greatly saving the cost of manual operation.
4. Lower energy consumption, larger contact area, faster cooling speed. It requires less temperature difference to make ice.
5. The ice slurry machine is widely used in fishery, seafood preservation, aquatic seafood, supermarkets and other food industries.
