Characteristic

This innovative roofing solution combines thermal insulation and soft light transmission to create a comfortable indoor environment while blocking excessive heat conduction.

Unlike conventional full-transparent tiles that cause high temperatures under direct sunlight, this product features specialized anti-UV additives that significantly extend its service life to more than twice that of standard transparent tiles.

The waveform design, inspired by glazed tiles, enhances both aesthetic appeal and functional performance, with an optimized edge wave height (36mm) and middle wave height (24mm) ensuring superior waterproofing capabilities.

The tile's conventional width of 1100mm and effective width of 1000mm achieve an impressive 90.9% utilization rate, maximizing coverage efficiency.

Its 200mm wave pitch ensures structural stability and seamless integration with various shaped PVC tiles, making it ideal for applications requiring both durability and visual elegance.

The diffused light transmission provides soft, glare-free illumination, while the advanced material composition resists aging and maintains performance in harsh weather conditions.

 

Install

1. 3. So the fixing parts should be installed in the wave top position, and ensure that the fixing part is perpendicular to the tile surface, and the fixing part cannot be tightened too tightly so as to avoid deformation of the wavy tile and water leakage.
4. The number of fasteners needs to be guaranteed to be not less than 6 per square meter. A waterproof cap can be installed above the fasteners. The wave tiles are set in the peripheral part of the scaffold. Please increase the number of fixtures properly and ensure that the part of the wave tiles protruding from the roof is Within 100mm.
5. Please keep the span below 700mm when installing, so as not to cause the roof to fall down and cause water leakage.
