Plastic Colorants Product Description:

Orange water pipe special color masterbatch is a high-performance coloring masterbatch developed for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and other pipe substrates. It adopts nano-scale dispersion technology and environmentally friendly and non-toxic formula, and is specially designed for water supply and drainage pipes, industrial pipes, agricultural irrigation pipes and other scene design. The product has passed NSF/ANSI61 drinking water safety certification, RoHS and REACH environmental standards. It has excellent color stability, weather resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, helping customers create safe, reliable and visually eye-catching

Color master is used in orange warning water supply and drainage pipes and gas pipes. The color is eye-catching and easy to identify, improving construction safety.
Color concentrates are also used in agricultural irrigation pipes: acid and alkali resistant and ultraviolet resistant. They are suitable for drip irrigation strips and sprinkler irrigation pipes to extend outdoor service life.
Color concentrate can be used in building hot and cold water pipes: high color consistency, suitable for PP-R hot water pipes, and is resistant to temperature and pressure and does not fade.
Color concentrates can be used in industrial pipelines: chemical anti-corrosion coatings are matched to identify hazardous medium pipelines and reduce operation and maintenance risks.

 

Plastic Colorants Features

Color concentrate super weather-resistant and anti-aging
The color concentrate is added with anti-UV additives and antioxidants, and has an outdoor service life of up to 30 years. The color is long-lasting and does not fade (ΔE≤1.5), and it adapts to extreme temperature differences (-30℃ to 80℃).
 
Color concentrates are safe and environmentally friendly, and ensure drinking water levels
The color concentrate has passed the FDA food contact test and zero migration certification of heavy metals. It is non-toxic and odorless, ensuring the safety of household water supply and agricultural irrigation.
 
Efficient dispersion of color masterbatches saves costs
The color concentration of color concentrate is increased by 25%, and the addition amount is only 0.8%-1.5%, which reduces customer raw material costs and avoids "color lines" or "color dots" on the surface of the pipe.
 
Color concentrate multifunctional adaptability
The color concentrate is compatible with various pipe binders such as HDPE, PP-R, and PVC, does not interfere with the mechanical properties of the material (such as compressive strength and impact resistance), and supports customization of matte/high-light effects.
