Presented as uniform black granules, it delivers consistent, deep black coloration while meeting stringent technical requirements. High Thermal Resistance: Withstands processing temperatures exceeding 240°C (thermal decomposition temperature ≥240°C), making it suitable for high-temperature extrusion and injection molding.
Exceptional Purity & Consistency: High active content (88-90%) and reliable color strength, batch-to-batch consistency, and minimal contamination risk.
Effective Flame Retardancy: Enables PP compounds to achieve the stringent UL94 V-0 flammability rating (at 1.6mm thickness) when incorporated at recommended dosage levels.
