How about your quality control?
We have a professional QC team that controls mold quality from raw materials through machining to final testing. Quality is our top priority as we believe it's essential for business success.
What's your lead time?
For most molds, production takes 45-60 working days (excluding Chinese official holidays) after receiving the deposit and approving the mold drawings.
How to approve samples?
You can visit our factory to see mold testing directly, or we can send samples via courier with mold running videos and dimension inspection reports by email.
What about your after service?
We offer 1-year warranty under normal use. Non-man-made damaged spare parts are provided free within one year. Our support team is always available for assistance.
