MASS PRODUCTION PROCEDURE

1) Raw Material —— Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel Plate + Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel Wire.

2) Machine Punching —— Steel sheet is punched into sharp barbs with punching machine.

3) Machine Forming —— Core wire and razor plate

4) Clip Installation—— We use clip gun to install C-ring clip, to make it firm

5) PVC Coating—— RAL 6005 Green color or any other colors in RAL Color System are all available.

6) Packaging —— Packaged with waterproof paper + woven bag, corrugated carton, or pallet. Special requirements can be customized.

PACKAGING SYSTEM

Because Concertina Barbed Wire has sharp blades, it is necessary to pay more attention to the way of packaging.

1) Generally, Razor Barbed Wire will be made into a coil, and then we use waterproof paper and woven bag for packaging. These coils can be directly loaded into container. Or, 10-20 coils will be compressed together with steel belts to make it stronger. In contrast, the loading quantity of compressed package is much more than what is in loose package.

2) Small Corrugated Box packaging, Razor Barbed Wire coils can be put into small pieces of paper boxes separately, this method is mainly used for supplying supermarkets or stores which directly facing the end users.

3) Corrugated Carton packaging, corrugated cartons can be customized according to customer requirements, and then 3-5 coils of razor wire are stacked into one carton, separated by cardboard in the middle.

4) Pallet packaging, compressed Razor Barbed Wire can also be packaged with plastic film, packing belt and pallet.

5) In addition, according to customer needs, we can also carry out exclusive customized services.

WAREHOUSE STORAGE SYSTEM

The production workshop of Concertina Barbed Wire occupies an area of 5,000 square meters, with 5 punching machines, 20 wire wrapping machines, 50 automatic pneumatic clip guns for clip installation, 6 workbenches for manual buckle. There are 68 workers in total, including 1 Warehouse Manager and 2 Quality Inspectors. In the process of production, quality inspectors will check on site to ensure the quality of products. At the same time, there is exclusive storage space for raw materials and finished products with special care.

We use pneumatic clip gun to install C-ring clips. Air press: 90-120psi (6-8bars, 60-80kg/cm). Faster and stronger.

1) Welded razor wires

2) Double concertina razor wire

Double concertina razor wire is combined with two different coil diameter of razor wire with steel wires or steel ropes. It is the advancement of common concertina wires. 3) Mobile razor wire deployment system

Mobile razor wire deployment system is designed for rapid deployment of efectively layered concertina coils. This is serious obstacle for rebels or demonstrators and vehicles to gain entry.Razor wire trailer deployment trailers are available in 3 coil configuration (3 coil = gives 1.7m high protection for 100m distance).The operation of the razor wire deployment trailer is simple and convenient.Connected to the vehicle through axis of traction and can be hitched on any type of vehicle. 4) Flat loop concertina wire

Flat loop concertina wire consists of individual loops of barb tape.Press the single coil razor wire into flat or press the two loops into flat and then expand them across.Flat warp concertina wire can be attached directly onto the top of an existing fence or gate. Flat loop concertina wire is ideal for use where topping needs to be flat against the fence without any overhang either side of the fence or boundary.
