PRODUCT GRADES

PVC coated welded wire mesh is made of high quality galvanized iron wire. Its outer layer is covered with a PVC coating, belongs to rust resistance Level III in our list above. This increases the durability of steel wire, so that PVC welded wire mesh has double rust resistance. This kind of welded wire mesh has beautiful appearance, and its colors are green RAL6005, black RAL9005, yellow, blue, white or other colors, which can be customized according to customer requirements. PVC welded wire mesh has a variety of eye-catching colors, which can add attraction and decoration to any project. High quality corrosion-resistant protective coating will not break, peel or crack, thus reducing the need for high cost and frequent maintenance and replacement.

The specification of 1/2in x 48in x 100ft is equal to 1.27cm x 1.27cm / 1.22m x 30.48m / which can provide 37.18 square meters, this is a kind of larger rolls,usually used in construction area.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1) Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh (GRADE IV V VI) plays a certain role in building thermal insulation and anti cracking engineering. There are two kinds of external wall plastering mesh: hot-dip galvanized welded wire mesh GRADE IV AND GRADE V (long service life, strong anti-corrosion performance); GRADE VI -redrawing welded wire mesh (economic benefits, flat mesh surface, white and shiny). According to the requirements of the region and construction unit, the reasonable material selection is carried out. The specifications of plastering welded wire mesh are: 12.7 × 12.7mm, 19.05x19.05mm, 25.4x25.4mm.

2) Hot Dip Galvanized welded wire mesh roll (GRADE III and GRADE IV) is used as animal breeding cage, the wire diameter is about 1.6-3mm, the mesh surface is smooth, and animals will not be scratched. The amount of zinc on galvanized welded wire mesh is uniform, and it is not easy to rust. It is more convenient to use, and the living environment of animals is more comfortable. Of course, the price is much cheaper than that of stainless steel series. 

3) Technical requirements for Welded Wire Mesh Roll

The mesh surface is flat, the mesh is uniform, and the color should be basically the same. Broken wire and broken welding can’t exceed more than 3 places per meter, two times checking for rolls, double times dealing with the sharp ends.

Q3: What is the difference between Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh and PVC Coated Welded Wire Mesh?

PVC Coating is a process which is after galvanized welded wire mesh. PVC powder adheres to the surface of galvanized welded wire mesh by high temperature. PVC Coated Welded Wire Mesh is mainly used for garden fence, poultry breeding, supermarket shelf and decoration. It has bright color, elegant appearance and double-layer anti-corrosion and anti-rust functions. Green is the most commonly used color, other colors can also be customized according to your needs.

Q4: What’s the MOQ?

MOQ is 50 rolls for common standardized products; For Customized Products, MOQ should be negotiated in advance. There is no MOQ for sample orders.

• In 1989, HUILONG company was established, the original store was located in Anping Wire Mesh World Supermarket;
• In 1994, Anping HUILONG wire mesh factory was founded, located in Nanhuan East Road, mainly for the domestic market and produce Welded Wire Mesh Roll, Welded Wire Mesh Panel, and Wire Mesh Fence, etc.;
