Concertina razor wire consists of a central core wire, usually made of high-tensile steel, with razor-sharp barbs or blades evenly spaced along its length. The wire is often galvanized or coated to resist rust and corrosion, ensuring longevity even in harsh weather conditions. The concertina configuration refers to the coiled design, which allows the wire to be expanded and contracted like an accordion. This design not only makes it easy to deploy but also increases the difficulty of bypassing the barrier.

The blades on the wire can vary in shape and size, but all are designed to inflict serious cuts and injuries on anyone attempting to breach the fence. The coils are typically fastened at intervals to create a stable structure, and multiple coils can be layered for added security.

If needed, razor wire product can also be coated by PVC for higher corrosion resistance and improved aesthetics. Green color is commonly used, and other colors can be customized according to customer requirements.

1. Raw Material: Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel Plate + Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel Wire
2. Machine Punching: The galvanized sheet or stainless steel sheet is formed into the shape of a blade
3. Machine Forming: Combine the coil wire and the blade plate
4. Clip Installation: Using clip gun to install C-ring clip for firmness
5. PVC Coating: RAL 6005 Green color or any other colors in RAL Color System available
6. Packaging: Packaged with waterproof paper + woven bag, corrugated carton, or pallet

Because Concertina Barbed Wire has sharp blades, special packaging methods are required:

• Standard packaging: Coils wrapped in waterproof paper and woven bag, can be loaded directly into container
• Compressed packaging: 10-20 coils compressed together with steel belts for higher loading quantity
• Small Corrugated Box packaging: For retail/supermarket distribution
• Corrugated Carton packaging: 3-5 coils per carton with cardboard separators
• Pallet packaging: Compressed wire with plastic film, packing belt and pallet
• Custom packaging solutions available
