Our high-security Ukraine market -grade BTO16 and BTO18 concertina barbed wire fence provides superior protection for and high-security applications. Its sharp blades enhance security and territorial protection.

Available in various blade shapes to meet different market requirements, the BTO-16, BTO-18, and BTO-22 models are particularly popular in the Middle East. With 35 years of manufacturing expertise, we are one of the largest razor wire factories in our region.

Manufactured with a high-tensile reinforcing band for maximum strength, our blades are substantially more difficult to cut or trample. Additionally, our heavy-duty steel clips withstand approximately 200lbs/100kgs of force, preventing manual separation or removal with standard tools.

Due to the sharp blades of concertina barbed wire, special attention is required for packaging:

1. Standard packaging includes waterproof paper and woven bags for direct container loading.
2. Compressed packaging bundles 10-20 coils together with steel belts for increased strength and loading efficiency.
3. Small corrugated box packaging is available for retail or supermarket distribution.
4. Custom corrugated carton packaging can be designed to stack 3-5 coils per carton, separated by cardboard dividers.
5. Pallet packaging options include plastic film wrapping, packing belts, and pallet bases.
6. Exclusive custom packaging services are available upon request.

Our production facility spans 5,000 square meters, equipped with 5 punching machines, 20 wire wrapping machines, 50 automatic pneumatic clip guns, and 6 manual buckle workstations. Our workforce includes 68 employees, with dedicated quality inspectors ensuring product integrity throughout the manufacturing process.
