Table Style -Slab Formwork System for efficient and Easy operation
Outline
It is a table style slab formwork system which can be assemblied and dismantled with high efficiency, simple operation and more safety. Because of the formwork panel can be early stripped (Keep the shoring system in postion) when the slab concrete strength reach to 50% design value. Only one set of panels are required for slab construction of multi-floor high rise buildings ,two or three sets of steel prop are used to match the panels according to the construction schedule . Slab formwork material quantity could reduce over 50%, ready to use slab panel lower down not only the formwork cost, but also labour costs, It is a optimized slab formwork system with efficiency and economy.
All components made from Q345B (S335 DIN EN10025:), the galvanized or powder coated, or both on all the component. By the combination of panels, aux beams and bridge beam (or panel), the system deals with complex slab structure by very simple way. Formwork for Beam, filler for Column and Wall side will be not difficult anymore. Alternative way is to use the standard panel sitting on the lower level support mechanism as the beam bottom.
