Slip Climbing Formwork System for Continous Construction of High Silo and Cooling Tower
Product definition
Slip formwork is a climbing formwork specially designed for continous concreting along all height, Formwork and platform is drived upword by hydraulic equipment, It's operation is indenpent of crane and weather. The slip climbing formwork is widely used in silo, cooling tower, chimney and tank projects. Standard climbing height each step is approx.1m, and formwok will be climbed up while concrete strength to 0.2 to 0.4Mpa.As a non-stop concreting climbing formwork , there is no horizontal concrete joint need to be treated on the jobsite and much time is saved. 2 group of workers need to be available for 24 hours's concreting per day. Enclosed handrail protection and platform is equiped and provide high safety enviroment for jobsite workers . 1.50m width of main platform and 0.85m width of suspension platform ensure speedy and safe formwork operation. Multi level platforms provide orient work space for formwork operation, concrete pouring,reinforcement installation and concrete surface repairing. The whole system is anchored in the stucture during the whole working process.
