Product Description
Wall formwork is designed for wall pouring. Application of wall formwork could greatly accelerate the construction speed and shorten the construction time, lower down the total project costs.The wall formwork system is consist of plywood,timber beam and steel waIing. Fix plywood with timber beams by tapping screws,connect timber beam with steel waling by flange clamp.it is easy to assemble,disassemble and modify on site.lt's light weight provide convenient for construction and transportation. The construction is also very friendly to environment.The plywood has perfect performance, has good air permeability and water absorbability, the finished concrete surface is clean and smooth.The plywood can be reused approx. 30 times under proper maintaining.
Technical Specification
1.Plywood thickness is 18mm & 21mm, Max dimension is 2mx6m (Customized size).
2.Timber beam height is 200mm, width is 80mm, length is from1m to 6m. Permitted bending moment is 5KN·m;permitted shear force is 11kN;
3.Steel waler is a welded double U profile 100 or 120, slot holes are drilled on the waler flange for universal application.
