HUITE Dry-mix Mortar Production Line
This dry-mix mortar production line is fitted with a twin-shaft gravityless paddle mixer. Its streamlined mixing arms extend the contact range with raw materials. Blades on the two shafts rotate in opposite directions to form convective circulation, delivering shearing, scattering and cyclic blending of granular materials. For regular mortar formulations, a typical mixing cycle takes only 30 seconds to achieve excellent mixing uniformity.
It comes with a high-efficiency probability screening unit. The uniform feeding distributor spreads sand across the full 2-meter screen width to maximize the effective screening area. An integrated self-cleaning vibration assembly helps achieve screening efficiency up to 95%.
The weighing system provides stable and accurate batching. The intelligent control system supports automatic, semi-automatic and manual operation modes. Operators can flexibly adjust the discharging sequence according to actual production schedules.
The packing unit adopts an adjustable flow gate and variable-frequency feeding design. It achieves a weighing tolerance within ±0.5 kg with a packaging capacity of 10 tons per hour. The dual-speed feeding design works with high-speed data terminals to balance production speed and batching accuracy.
The entire process from feeding to discharging runs in a fully enclosed structure. All dust-generating points are connected to the central dust collection system to reduce dust emissions and lower environmental impact.
